Hanli Prinsloo is a South Africa 11-time free-dive record holder. She can hold her breath for six minutes and can reach up to depths of 64 meters underwater on one breathe of air. 

This is the story of how Hanli's love for free-diving opened her up to a world of new experiences with the ocean's megafauna. This awakening lead her to quit professional free-diving to start the I AM WATER Foundation with the aim of connecting people with the ocean.
